Audience: Administrators
Overview
OrgChart administrators have the option to create co-head charts when their organization has more than one chief executive officer. The following article provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a co-head chart.
Creating a co-head chart
1. Click on the Settings button in the bottom right corner, and then select the Chart Settings option from the list.
2. By default the Data sources panel is displayed. Scroll down to the Hierarchy section, and then check the create-co-head chart checkbox.
Note
By default, the original top box employee will be the other record displayed at the top of the chart. To change the original top box employee, click into the Top box of chart and search for a new record prior to enabling co-heads.
3. Click on the + Add co-head button, and then search for the second employee record that should be shown at the top of the chart. Optionally, repeat this process as desired. OrgChart allows you to have up to 4 employees displayed at the top of the chart.
4. Click save and refresh.

5. Navigate back to the chart mode to see the co-heads appear at the top of the chart.

Note
By default, custom charts created with co-head base charts will display the co-heads at the top of the chart. If the filters used to create the custom chart do not include that employee, co-heads will not be displayed.
