Overview
The isolved data connector is a human capital management (HCM) platform that helps businesses streamline their HR processes and employee experience.
Isolved Integration
- Prior to setting up isolved in OrgChart it is critical to contact the account service representative that helps you with your isolved application. You will need to tell them you would like to purchase OrgChart. Shortly after this OrgChart will be authorized to access your data and your account info will be loaded into our system.
- Once your account is setup in the OrgChart system integration is very simple
1. Click on the Settings button in the bottom right corner, and then select the Chart Settings option from the list.
2. The Data sources panel is displayed. Under the Main data sources heading click on Click here to select data source option, then click on Isolved.
3. Enter the information for the Domain and Client code.
Note
Domain can usually be taken from the link of the isolved webpage, but this subject to change in the future. Client code can be taken from the isolved website the initial letters and numbers before the dash for the client's name as seen in the screenshot below
Field Mapping
When linking employee identifiers use the “Number” field not the “id” field. The “Number” field is what isolved users see in their isolved application, the “id” field is only used by the computer systems to manage items.
The field mapping will be as follows for most accounts:
PersonID: employeeNumber
SupervisorID: use one of the two fields below, depending on your isolved configuration
assignedSupervisor_employeeNumber or assignedManager_employeeNumber
Name: employeeName
Title: jobTitle
