Detailed Record Editor

Audience: Administrators and Read/Write users

Overview

The detailed record editor allows administrators and read/write users with the proper access to view and (while in Edit mode), modify chart records.

Note

Admins can restrict access to this feature by disabling access to the detailed record editor in the user's UI profile.

Accessing the detailed record editor

To access the detailed record editor, right-click on a record while on a base chart or a custom chart, and then click on the record details option.

The detailed record editor is displayed:

While in the detailed record editor, users have the following options:

Search	Search by field name or field value
	Sort ascending/descending by field or value
	Filter fields or source (when show source is enabled)
Show source checkbox	Show the source that this field is imported from or currently updated by (Main data, append, or merge)
	Copy field value
	Edit field value (only available for custom charts in Edit mode)
